1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using PackPark (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
PackPark is a progressive web app that lets dog owners see which friends are checked in at local dog parks, check in themselves, and coordinate group visits. The Service is provided free of charge.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@packpark.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Post false, misleading, or harmful content.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users or their animals.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (dog photos, profile info). By submitting content, you grant PackPark a limited license to display it to users you authorize (your friends, or publicly as you configure). We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it beyond operating the Service.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Check-in data reflects user-reported presence and may not be accurate. PackPark is not responsible for interactions between users or their animals that arise from use of the Service. Use the Service at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PackPark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@packpark.app.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
